NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO WIN A PRIZE
    
1.	Introduction: Myelin Media, LLC (the "Sponsor") is offering the Tech for Tut Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes").

2.	Eligibility: Entrant must be 13 years or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States as of the date of entry. Entrants under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian's permission to enter the Sweepstakes. Principals and employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are NOT eligible. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations apply.

3.	How to Enter and Timing: If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may not enter unless you have first obtained your parent or guardian's permission. To enter the Sweepstakes, entrant must visit the Sponsor's website http://www.immortalcities.com/cotn/contests/techfortut/, and complete the registration form including the first name, last name, address, phone number, email address and age.  If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must also provide the name, age, phone number, and e-mail address of the parent or guardian granting permission.  Upon receipt of the completed registration form, entrant's name will automatically be entered in the Sweepstakes. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person from different email addresses shall be in violation of this rule and will be declared ineligible. The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00A.M. ET on 10/28/04 and end at 11:59 P.M. ET on 1/31/05.  All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 1/31/05. Incomplete or inaccurately filled out registration forms shall be deemed void.

4.	Prizes:

(a) First Prize: Sony� Vaio� X505 Nickel-Carbon Notebook (ARV$2,999)

(b) Second Prize: Leica� D-Lux Digital Camera (ARV$900)

(c) Third Prize: Carbon Black 40GB iPOD� G4 (ARV$465)
 
 The total approximate retail value of all the prizes is $4,364.  Any applicable federal, state and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.  Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and no substitutions are permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable.  Prizes must be accepted as awarded.  All Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OF IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).  All Prizes will be mailed via regular mail. Winners will not be required to pay shipping/handling charges incurred for mailing of the prizes. Sponsor shall not be responsible for replacing any lost or stolen elements of any Prize package.

5.	Drawings and Notification of Prizes:  A random drawing will be conducted for the three prizes on or around February 18, 2005 by the Sponsor whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.  The first name drawn will receive the First Prize, the second name drawn will receive the Second Prize and the third name drawn will receive the Third Prize.  Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. One prize will be awarded per winner.

Each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Potential winners will be notified either via email within seven (7) days from the date of the drawing.  Potential winners will be required to respond to the Sponsor's email notification and sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Affidavit") within ten (10) days of the notification.  If a minor wins a prize, the minor's parent or legal guardian shall be informed and shall be required to sign and return the Affidavit.  Prizes will be mailed within 4-6 weeks of the receipt of the Affidavit by the Sponsor.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted or the Affidavit is not received by the Sponsor within the time specified, the potential winner will be disqualified and another winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received.  If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected in the original winner's place.

6.	Privacy: Sponsor respects the privacy of the entrants.  Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used in accordance with these Official Rules only.  Personal information is information that identifies the entrants including their name, address, email information, phone number, and other information that is not publicly available.  Sponsor shall not rent, sell or share personal information with any non-affiliated third-parties.  However, Sponsor may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes, defend and protect the rights or property of the Sponsor, or act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of the entrants or members of the public.

All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrant grants to Sponsor the right to use and publish his/her name online and in print or in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes and further agrees that Sponsor may use the winners' name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.

7.	Other Terms and Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND ARE HEREBY RELEASED AND HELD HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8.	Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York and all proceedings shall take place in that State in the City of New York, County of New York.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

9.	Miscellaneous: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should any cause beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor further reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given.

10.	Winner's List:  To receive the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Attn: Tech for Tut Sweepstakes, c/o Myelin Media, LLC, 767 Fifth Avenue, Suite 4700, New York, NY 10153 or send an email to info@myelinmedia.com with "Tech for Tut Sweepstakes Winners List" in the subject line.
