Bread opportunity cost

The bread opportunity cost of an item is the net amount of Bread that could have been made by one Laborer in the time that it took the Laborer to make one of that item.
For example, a Laborer can make 5 Bread per hour (six, minus the one Bread the Laborer consumes), or mine one Gold per hour, so the bread opportunity cost of one Gold is 5.
