Is it possible to scam and get away with it in Nile Online?

Answer: NO

Why? You'll do it maybe three times and then everyone will know what you've been up to. So if you want to actually enjoy the game don't do it.

Known Scams

• DeepSeaScamming -

Fairly early on during the Beta, before there were even fourth cities or monuments, there was a player named DeepSeaSeamus (pronounced "Shame-us")who would make trades with players and then not send his end while the poor unsupsecting players had sent him their things. Needless to say this did not last long and he was quickly found out. DSS was banned after he made the decision to create a secondary account called CaptainGaryRules and was quickly banned by Reed.

• Multi-accounting -

This is a common idea in many games that people should have a second account to send themselves goods from those accounts. Reed bans a few daily so it's not a smart idea nor does it actually work.

• Posing as Admins

Very rarely people have been known pretend to be Admins. The only admins in the game are Reed and LordFiske/Fiskle. This is well-known to most players though after about two weeks.
